随着现代社会的飞速发展,铝合金型材因其具有高强度、耐腐蚀性、耐磨、耐热以及抗压力性,被广泛应用于航天航空、机械制造、船舶制造、建筑行业以及生活用品等各个领域,在应用的过程中,根据不同的应用范围设置了不同的国家标准,这个标准是允许有偏差的,具体偏差如下表所示。

注:1. 列表中的理论质量系数是按LC4/LC9 的密度2.85来计算的;
2. 本标准适用于标准铝及铝合金型材允许偏差值;非标准厚度的板材允许偏差按其相邻较小的标准厚度的偏差来执行;
3. 还有些异形铝型材,如变断面铝型材(指厚度沿板材长度方向均匀变化的板材)它的偏差范围值又不同,只要它的厚端厚度≤5mm,宽度≤1500mm时,其厚度允许偏差为±0.2mm。
