Abstract The mechanical properties and electro-chemical properties of 6063 aluminium alloy profile are effected by the chemical compositon and artificial aging specification.The optimal artificial aging specification is at room temperature for 2 h and then at 195~250℃for 2 h,which can assure two properties and high production efficiency.

按GB/T3190-1996规定,6063(LD31)合金的化学成分如表1。为了兼顾力学性能和挤压性能,Mg2Si质量分数一般控制在0.7%左右。应控制w(Mg)/w(Si)=1.73。但是由于合金中存在杂质Fe,要消耗一部分Si,在生产实践中一般控制w(Mg)/w(Si)=1.1~1.3。表2是日本6063合金的化学成分(%)及合金硬度与w(Mg)/w(Si)的关系(195℃,时效2h)。
